Are all items new?

  • All Items are Like New with Tags unless noted otherwise.   
  • We do sell Used and Open figures and these will be noted as such in the description.
  • Please see the question below on the rating system for quality of the box, figure, etc.

What does the rating mean? 

  • That is generally referring to box condition but also the condition of the item itself. We generally never use a number above an 8/10 to describe even the most perfect boxes. The last thing we want is to overinflate the condition of something and have you disappointed when it arrives. If you’re extremely picky about damage, we recommend staying above a 7.5/10 but anything above a 7 shouldn’t have major damage. 
  • If there is any damage to the box, the pictures will reflect the damage.  
  • For graded pops, the rating will reflect the actual grade. 

When will I receive my order?

  • Your item should ship within 1 week of purchase, and you will be sent an email with tracking information once it ships. Feel free to contact us at any time if you have any issues.

What do I do if I received a defective or incorrect order?

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

  • Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to make any updates to your order once it has been placed.  

How do I cancel an order?

  • You may contact us at any time to request a cancellation for an order that has not yet shipped within 2 business days. Please note that you will not be able to cancel your order if your order has already shipped.

Why was my order canceled?

  • We reserve the right to cancel any orders that were purchased over the order limit, fraudulently placed, or if the items are being purchased just to be resold.
  • We reserve the right to cancel all orders and restrict future purchases for any individual at any time for those reasons.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally.

What would I do if I never received my order?

  • Please contact the shipper to perform an investigation into your missing package. Once they come back with any information, if the issue is not resolved, please contact us and we will do what we can for you!
